ACCSC Probation Notification

Notification to All Students and Prospective Students:

a. At its June 2025 meeting, the Accrediting Commission of Career School’s and Colleges (ACCSC) after considering the application of Advance Science International College’s for Change of Location-Part I and all the additional School responses, the Commission voted to:

  • Place the School on probation; and
  • Approve the School Change of Location-Part I.

b. An accurate summary describing the reasons for the School’s probation is as follows:

  • Based on the information provided in the June 5, 2025 it appeared that School made the decision to temporarily cease enrollment ahead of the spring semester 2025 (January 6, 2025-April 30, 2025) term, in anticipation for potential change of location.
  • Additionally, based on lease negotiation, the School then made the decision to postpone the summer semester 2025 term, with an anticipated start day of May 1 st, 2025 to July 1 st, 2025.
  • The School vacancy occurred approximately 45 days prior to the submission of the Application for a Change of Location-Part I.
  • While the Commission acknowledged the circumstances that led Advance Science International College to the vacancy and the interruption of training, the School’s failure to provide educational training for eight (8) months, along with the submission for the change of location only after the move had occurred, necessitated the Commission’s decision to place the school on probation.
  • The Commission understood that the School intended on resuming operation on July 1 st, 2025 at its new leased location 15485 Eagle Nest Lane, Suite 210, Miami Lakes, Florida 33014, but cannot commence providing education and training without approval from the Commission. As such, the Commission approved the School application for Change of Location-Part I effective as of June 27, 2025.

School Informative Statement

  • The School has always accepted its obligation to demonstrate continuous compliance with the ACCSC Standards of Accreditation. Therefore, based on the circumstances, the School did effectuate proper corrections that achieved compliance with the Standards of Accreditation before the maximum timeframe allowed by ACCSC ending on August 29, 2025.
  • At the August 2025 meeting, the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (“ACCSC” or “the Commission”) considered the previous decision to place the School on Probation with regard to the Application for a Change of Location-Parts I/II submitted by Advance Science International College located in Miami Lakes, Florida. Upon review of the June 27, 2025 Probation and the School’s response, the Commission voted to vacate the Probation as part of the review process for the Application for a Change of Location-Part II as required by accrediting standards. The review of the substantive change will continue upon a demonstration that the stipulation stated below has been satisfied.

Stipulation:

Advance Science International College must demonstrate that the School has maintained continuous operation providing education and training to students in accordance with its primary educational objectives or that the School has maintained its ability to meet its obligations to students on an ongoing basis ( Section I (G)(2)(b), Rules of Process and Procedure, Standards of Accreditation). As part of the school’s change of location, Advance Science International College made the decision to temporarily cease enrollment ahead of the Spring Semester 2025 term (January 6, 2025 to April 30, 2025) in anticipation of a potential change of location. Additionally, based on lease negotiations, the School decided to postpone the Summer Semester 2025 term from May 1, 2025, to July 1, 2025. In the July 18, 2025 response to the June 27, 2025 Probation, Advance Science International College provided three enrollment agreements for students in the Radiologic Technology (Associate in Science) program with an anticipated start date of July 30, 2025. As such, at the time of the response, the School had not yet resumed operations at the new location. Therefore, the School must submit documentation to demonstrate that classes have resumed at 15485 Eagle Nest Lane, Suite 210, Miami Lakes, Florida 33014. Upon demonstration of operation at the new location, the Commission will complete the review of the Application for a Change of Location-Part II and the required on-site evaluation.
